Milamiamor is a small business, located in Texas. We are a family of 7 (I know!) and Mila is kid #4. We as parents were overweight and living unhealthy and affected our physical and mental conditions. We took the decision to turn things around, eat healthy, and exercise. This is when we researched what supplements we needed to help us stay on track and achieve our goals. Our journey was successful and this is when Milamiamor was born: we wanted to share our experience and results. Milamiamor now is a trusted brand that is helping thousands of customers and supporting families.

Our products are manufactured in the USA, in FDA and GMP compliant facilities with industry standards. We are committed to support creating jobs and a robust economy.

Dietary supplements are not a solution on their own. They exist to aid you in achieving your goals, however you need to take certain actions and long term commitments: healthy diet and active lifestyle.

Always check with a medical professional before consuming supplements.

We are willing to share our experience and the feedback we receive from our customers and can recommend based on the info on hand. However every person is different and what works for one might now work for another. We encourage that each person experiment to find out what works best for them.

Every product has serving size and suggested use. Please read the label and follow as suggested. However, you can alter the serving size to experiment and find out what works best for your body.

We don't recommend products for people under 18 or pregnant women. A medical professional is always the right person to check with.

Shipping

Our processing time is 2 business days. Packages are shipped through USPS for domestic deliveries, and DHL for international deliveries. Customers can track their deliveries through the tracking numbers that are provided when orders are processed. Any delay in deliveries when packages are in the USPS possession should be addressed with the USPS customer service @ 800-275-8777. We don't have extra information besides what you see online through your tracking number.

Please use the tracking number you received to track the whereabouts of the package. If it is shown as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, front office, or your local post office. We are not able to help out before you check with your post office and confirm that the package was lost.

If the tracking info shows that the package is in transit and remains in this status for long time, there is a big chance you had used a wrong address, and the package is either lost or returning. Please send an email to our support team at support@milamiamor.com

Returns

You are able to return items unopened within 30 days of receipt. We don't accept returns or offer refunds on opened products or sales past 30 days. Once we receive your return, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on opened products. The reason is that dietary supplements are one of many factors that can help you on your weight loss journey. They are not magical solution and they do require taking actions in regard to diet and excercise. It is unrealistic to expect results from only taking the supplements.

Guide Package Protection

If you’ve purchased package protection and need to make a claim, head here to File a Claim

Guide Package Protection will be available to add once you reach Checkout. Once it is added, it will appear at checkout as a product before your order is placed.

Guide Package Protection covers lost, damaged, stolen packages.

 If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

File a claim as normal here and Guide will go ahead and process your claim.

If your order is in transit, we are unable to refund Guide Package protection. 

30 – 45 days depending on the claim type. This is from the date you placed your order.
