Our processing time is 2 business days. Packages are shipped through USPS for domestic deliveries, and DHL for international deliveries. Customers can track their deliveries through the tracking numbers that are provided when orders are processed. Any delay in deliveries when packages are in the USPS possession should be addressed with the USPS customer service @ 800-275-8777.
You are able to return items unopened within 30 days of receipt. We don't accept returns or offer refunds on opened products or sales past 30 days. Once we receive your return, your payment (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method.
