Maybe because I just have few weeks taking them I haven’t noticed any changes I watch my food i exercise and I’m still in the same weight but I won’t give up and still keep trying them

They won't post tj8s.. detox works of course...how could it not, it has Senna. But the bedtime, the thermal shred absolutely nothing!!!!
