They are really strong at least for me,I only use one every other day. I think you can use two if you’re gonna be home but if you work, I don’t recommend it. They really clean you.
Unfortunately, the pills were not what I expected. I waited days for it to work, and They actually made me constipated and caused a lot of cramps and bloating, will not consume again.

I’m on day 2 and I must say it really does work. But it says it’s gentle . Well Not for me! My stomach hurts all day. I’ll get the bubble guts and cold sweats then have to run to the bathroom.Not sure if I’m just having a bad reaction to it.

I have tried other cleanses but 15 Day Cleanse is the only one that has worked for me.I just finished my second one and I’m so glad there is a Cleanse that really works.If you do this cleanse PLEASE drink plenty of water.I plan on using some more products from this company in the future because they really stand behind their products
