Hi all! I am glad that you guys are here looking for ways to improve your wellbeing. Talking from experience, I had reached a weight where I was considered obese. During my yearly physical, the doctor hit me with the news that, because of my weight, my blood pressure is high and will need medication. My cholesterol and blood sugar levels were in the red zone also. He said that if I plan on living long to see my kids grow and see my grandkids, I will need a serious change in my lifestyle and diet. It hit me deep and I decided to turn my health around. The solution is simple but it does require commitment and discipline: cut all the unhealthy food from my life, control portions and detox my body. It was a life changing decision.
